Woodworking Complex with Furniture Production for Sale in Lviv Region for $1.25 Million

In the urban-type settlement of Sheptytskyi, Lviv region, a woodworking complex with furniture production is put up for sale. The stated price of the asset is 1.25 million US dollars.

The property consists of eight production buildings with a total area of 4.99 thousand m², which include warehouses, drying rooms, and auxiliary premises. The land plot with an area of 1.4559 hectares is leased — the contract with the Sheptytskyi City Council is valid until 2030 and provides for the possibility of extension.

The enterprise specializes in the production of wooden furniture: beds, chests of drawers, bedside tables, and other goods for home and interior. The company has been operating since 2018 and was created on the basis of a converted industrial facility. According to open sources, it is likely referring to Ost-West-Drev LLC. Currently, the enterprise's assortment includes over 60 product items, about 50 employees are employed in production, and the average annual turnover is approximately 50 million UAH.

However, in recent years the enterprise has faced a decline in demand, which has affected production volumes. The seller links the difficulties to several factors.

"The last years have been difficult for the furniture industry due to the consequences of quarantine restrictions, the decline in the population's solvency, and the impact of martial law," — company representatives note.

Despite the decline in demand, the enterprise has retained its production capacities, equipment, personnel, and product range. Potential investors are offered two deal formats: acquisition of corporate rights or purchase of the property complex.
