1.1. This Privacy Policy determines the procedure for obtaining, storing, processing, using and disclosing personal data of the user. The Derevo.ua platform receives personal data from users of the site when registering the Company on the derevo.ua website, as well as when using the derevo.ua website. The User's personal data is filled in by the User.

We collect personal information, namely: first name, last name, date of birth, gender, authorized person of the company, company name, company details, contact numbers, e-mail address, company location. We may also collect other information.
2.1. Cookies to identify the user's browser and provide services that depend on it, such as storing data in the shopping cart between visits.
2.2. User's IP address to display advertisements and keep a log of User's activity;
2.3. Information about errors in the operation of the resource initiated by the User;
3.1. We may use your name, surname, patronymic, date of birth, gender, marital status, e-mail address, password to identify you as a user of Derevo.ua. We can display the name, surname, patronymic, company name, company details, contact numbers, e-mail address, company location on the pages of Derevo.ua, postal address for sending correspondence.
3.2. We may use your contact information in mailings, namely to notify you of new opportunities, promotions and other news of the derevo.ua website. The user can always refuse to send mailings using his contact information in the appropriate section of the personal account.

Only those employees of Derevo.ua who need to perform work functions that require access to personal information of users have access to information about users. 7.1. We may change the terms of this privacy policy. In this case, we will replace the version of the document on the Privacy Policy page.
8.1. In the event that any provision of the Privacy Policy, including any proposal, clause or part thereof, is found to be contrary to law or invalid, this will not affect the other provisions, which, not contrary to law, remain in full force and effect, and any invalid provision or provision that cannot be fulfilled, without further action by the Parties, shall be deemed amended, corrected to the extent necessary to ensure its validity and enforceability.
8.2. The User has the rights provided for by the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” dated June 1, 2010 No. 2297-VI.
8.3. This Privacy Policy applies to the User from the moment when, while using the derevo.ua website, he/she has agreed to the terms of this Privacy Policy when transferring his/her Personal Data and is valid as long as the derevo.ua website stores any information about the User, including personal data.
