Recently, a large-scale fire broke out in the Holy Mountains National Nature Park, which has already devastated 1,500 hectares of forest. In addition to the immediate threat to citizens, the fire has serious environmental consequences that ecologists and environmental experts can immediately recognize.
According to a statement from the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine, a whole network of services and agencies was involved in the fight against the forest fire. The State Emergency Service, park workers and military units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are working together to contain and eliminate the fire. This approach allows them to respond as quickly as possible to changing situations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness of actions.
