The Commercial Court of the Transcarpathian Region has decided to collect from the branch "Svalyavsk Forestry" of the State Enterprise "Forests of Ukraine" the amount of UAH 422,000 as compensation for the damage caused as a result of the violation of the legislation on environmental protection.
