DREMA
8-11 Sep 2026, Poznań

DREMA is a prominent international trade fair dedicated to machines, tools, and components for the wood and furniture industries, held annually in Poznań, Poland. It serves as the largest supply center for furniture manufacturers in Central and Eastern Europe and is recognized as one of the top five most important trade fairs globally in its sector. The event is officially endorsed by EUMABOIS, the European Federation of Woodworking Machinery Manufacturers, a distinction held by only a few events worldwide.

The fair has a rich history, with its first edition taking place in 1978. Initially held biennially, DREMA transitioned to an annual format in 1994 due to the dynamic growth and significant potential of the Polish wood industry. Over the years, DREMA has continuously evolved, broadening its thematic scope to encompass the entire wood processing value chain, from raw timber to advanced furniture production technologies.

DREMA plays a crucial role in building long-term business relationships, attracting international buyers, and showcasing cutting-edge technologies. The event typically features more than 400 companies from numerous countries and attracts over 11,000 professional visitors. Key highlights include live machinery demonstrations, product premieres, and innovative solutions unveiled for the first time in Poland. Special features often include the Wood Promotion Pavilion, which highlights timber's potential as a sustainable material, and awards such as the MTP Gold Medal for innovative products and the Acanthus Aureus for excellent architectural and graphical solutions. The Technologists Forum, a meeting for specialists, also focuses on innovations in robotization, automation, and artificial intelligence in production.
