Bourbon Bois back on the construction scene with Elmog Group at the helm

Short: Bourbon Bois is reborn as Ti Kaz Bourbon Bois thanks to the Elmog Group, which promises to complete 28 projects and stabilize its future.

Bourbon Bois, once a major player in the construction sector, is making a comeback under the new name of Ti Kaz Bourbon Bois. This renaissance is the result of a takeover bid recently approved by the Commercial Court, a decision that represents a new lease of life for this ailing company.

Behind the takeover is the Elmog Group, headed by David Amiel. Already the owner of several companies, including Solami, Dak Industries and Ti Kaz Sofé, the Elmog Group is expanding its portfolio in the construction sector with the addition of Bourbon Bois. This strategic expansion reflects Elmog's ambition to strengthen its presence in the market, while contributing its expertise to ensure the company's prosperity.

The takeover bid, presented by David Amiel, was launched on March 13 at Bourbon Bois' Pierrefonds premises. This event marks a crucial step for the ailing company, as the intervention of the Elmog Group gives hope of a more stable and sustainable future.

A commitment to project completion

One of the main objectives of the new owner is to take over and complete the 28 construction sites that have been put on hold for the past two years. These stagnant projects represent a major challenge that the Elmog Group is committed to meeting. This commitment is fundamental to restoring the confidence of Bourbon Bois' partners and customers, while rebuilding the company's reputation in the construction sector.

The Commercial Court defined several essential criteria for the acceptance of the takeover offer. These included the sustainability and viability of the takeover project, the investments planned by the Elmog group, the partial assumption of the company's liabilities, and the buyer's ability to complete all suspended worksites. Compliance with these criteria testifies to the Elmog Group's rigorous preparation and solid development prospects.

By committing to leaving no project unfinished, the Elmog Group is taking concrete steps to ensure that every project begun by Bourbon Bois is brought to completion. This level of commitment is crucial not only for customers, but also for the company's workforce, who see the takeover as a pledge of professional security and future stability.
