In Favoriten, a vibrant district of Vienna, a groundbreaking project for sustainable living is taking shape. Here, 175 subsidized rental apartments are being built on a construction site using modern timber-hybrid construction techniques. B.R.I.O., the construction initiative, comprises three distinct building structures harmoniously arranged around a generously landscaped courtyard.
