Akord Furniture Factory is moving its main warehouse to MLP Teresin as part of its expansion into European markets.

Short: Akord's state-of-the-art MLP Teresin logistics center as key to streamlining processes and expanding into the demanding markets of Western Europe.

Akord Furniture Factory, a renowned furniture manufacturer known for its high quality products, has announced its decision to relocate its main warehouse to the modern MLP Teresin logistics center. This strategic move is part of the company's long-term plan to expand into European markets and optimize logistics processes. The new logistics center is expected to be a key element in the realization of these ambitious plans.

Modern logistics infrastructure of MLP Teresin

The decision to choose MLP Teresin as the new logistics center is no accident. The facility offers modern solutions that enable the Akord Furniture Factory to significantly streamline its logistics processes. One of the key aspects that influenced the choice of this location is the possibility of high storage, which will significantly improve the efficiency of product storage. Thanks to the advanced warehouse infrastructure, the company can better manage its inventory, which translates into greater delivery flexibility and faster service to customers.

The new location is also attractive because of its strategic point on the logistics map of Europe, offering convenient road connections to other key markets. In addition, MLP Teresin provides state-of-the-art social and office facilities, which promotes work comfort and better operational organization. The lease agreement covers approximately 21,800 sqm of warehouse space, of which 21,200 sqm will be used for storage, with the remainder for social and office purposes.

The factory will gain full access to the new facility in September this year, although provision has already been made for early access from April, allowing for the gradual implementation of processes related to the move and adaptation to the new environment.

Planned expansion into European markets

The new center at MLP Teresin will become Akord's main warehouse alongside existing facilities in Germany and France. Such a move is part of a broader plan to expand its logistics base, which is crucial to the company's continued growth in international markets. Akord Furniture Factory, founded in 1995, has built its reputation for producing high-quality furniture, which is an asset in winning new customers in the demanding markets of Western Europe.

The prospect of developing a warehouse network outside Poland is Akord's response to growing market demand and changing trends in logistics. Cooperation with Axi Immo, which represented the tenant in the transaction, ensured effective preparation and execution of the lease process, which further emphasizes the professionalism and attention to detail by Akord Furniture Factory.

The realization of this project represents an important step in the company's efforts to increase its presence in European markets. Akord focuses its efforts on delivering exceptional products and ensuring that its logistics processes are as efficient as possible and adapted to the changing needs of its customers.
