Short: JYSK has expanded its network to 124 stores in the Ukrainian market, investing UAH 278.5 million to open 13 new stores and modernize eight existing ones.

In 2024, the international company JYSK made a significant contribution to the development of its network in the Ukrainian market by opening 13 new stores and renovating eight existing facilities. This brings the total number of JYSK stores in Ukraine to 124. This expansion demonstrates the brand's resilience and determination to win a place in the hearts of Ukrainian consumers.

The investments of ₴278.5 million in network expansion and service improvement have been the key to JYSK's successful development in Ukraine. The resources used helped not only to open new stores, but also to modernize existing ones, improving their appearance and functionality. This has had a positive impact on the overall level of customer service, which, in turn, has been reflected in the growing demand for the company's products.

Strategic plans for the future

JYSK has no intention of resting on its laurels and is already planning further expansion in Ukraine for 2025. The company aims to open and renovate another 20 stores, which will be the next step in the brand's strategic development. The growth of the network will provide JYSK with a stronger market position and increased customer coverage across the country.

Along with the international company, Kyiv-based furniture manufacturer ViYar is also making a significant contribution to the development of the Ukrainian market. In particular, ViYar has introduced a modern and user-friendly IT service that digitized furniture sales processes and made them more accessible to consumers. This innovation has made it much easier for customers to select and order products, providing greater integration with the online segment.

At the same time, ViYar does not forget about the importance of its offline presence, continuing to actively develop its network. This integrated approach allows the manufacturer to respond to current market requirements and consumer demands in a balanced manner, creating new opportunities for business development.

In general, the development of furniture retail in Ukraine is the result of the efforts of both international and domestic manufacturers who are actively investing in expanding their networks and improving services. This demonstrates the growing importance of the Ukrainian furniture market in the international arena and the prospects for further economic growth in this sector.
